AI agent + Slack / E-commerce

From a crowded inbox
to a clear next step.

An agent that reads, tags, and drafts support replies. Ambiguous requests go to Slack for a human to approve.

Drafts ready for review.Human approval for ambiguous requests
The problem
A crowded support inbox leaves the team sorting requests before it can respond.
What we delivered
An agent that reads and tags requests, drafts replies, and routes ambiguous cases to Slack.
Where people stay involved
The team approves uncertain replies rather than letting the agent guess.

Start with what matters.

We find the task costing your team the most time. Then we scope a clear, useful first release in plain language.

Build it to belong.

Your workflow. Your systems. Your constraints. Access controls and secure data handling are part of the first build.

Hand over the keys.

You keep the code, the documentation, and the know-how. We use mainstream tools your next team can work with.

Who we are.

A clear scope.
A useful first release.

Start with one workflow. Agree the scope, delivery plan, and handover before the build.

01 / DISCOVER

Choose the right starting point.

Map the task, systems, data access, and success criteria. The proposal sets out deliverables, responsibilities, and an estimate.

02 / BUILD & REVIEW

Try it with your team.

A focused first release, integration with agreed systems, and a review against the acceptance criteria. Human approvals stay where they matter.

03 / HAND OVER

Keep the code and the context.

Source code, setup documentation, and a walkthrough. Agree any ongoing maintenance, monitoring, or additional work in the proposal.

How long should you allow?

As a planning guide, a focused pilot may take 2–6 weeks from discovery to handover. Complexity, access to your systems, and review cycles affect the estimate. Your proposal confirms the actual schedule.

Before we build.
Your questions, answered.

Practical details to help you decide whether we’re a good fit.

What does a project cost?

We scope the workflow first, then provide an estimate tied to the agreed deliverables. The proposal separates build work, third-party service costs, and any ongoing support. There is no obligation to proceed after the discovery call.

What will we cover in the discovery call?

Your current workflow, where time is being lost, and which systems are involved. We’ll discuss a useful first release, feasibility, and what information is needed for a proposal.

Who owns the code?

You keep the custom code and project documentation we deliver. Third-party software and services retain their own licenses; we identify those dependencies during scoping.

How do you handle access to our data?

We agree which data and systems are needed, use scoped permissions, and include access controls in the build. For AI workflows, we agree where human review is required before actions are taken.

Can you work with our existing tools?

Yes. We assess the APIs, permissions, and constraints of your current stack before committing to an integration. Slack, PostgreSQL, GitHub, and cloud services are examples of the systems we work with.

What happens after handover?

Handover includes setup documentation and a walkthrough. If you need maintenance, monitoring, or further development, we agree the scope and terms separately so responsibilities are clear.

Good things start with a conversation.

What could
work better?

Tell us what’s slowing your team down. Leave the discovery call with a clearer first use case, a view of feasibility, and a practical next step.
